I’ve had so many questions about the green juice I have been having each morning with my breakfast. It’s so simple and just a great way to get in a load of goodness!
What You Need:
Water
Ice
Large Handful of Spinach
Handful of Frozen Fruit (berries or the breakfast topper mix from Tesco)
1/4 Cucumber
1/2 Banana
Squeeze of Lime
Tsp Chia Seed
1/2 Tsp Supergreen Powder
What To Do:
Blend and serve! Simples!
