RAW CACAO BROWNIES


Raw Cacao Brownies- Not all tasty treats need time in the oven. This Raw Cacao Brownies recipe take literally minutes to prepare. In fact the only difficult part is managing to keep your paws off them while they chill in the fridge!

 

What You Need:

1 Cup Pecans

1 Cup Stoneless Dates

5 Tablespoons Raw Cacao

4 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut

2 Tablespoons Agave

1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

 

 

What To Do: 

Pop the pecans into the food processor and mix till they are finely chopped.

Add dates and whizz until mixture becomes sticky.

Add raw cacao, coconut, salt and agave. Mix thoroughly in processor.

Spoon mixture onto a baking tin and flatten and spread with a rubber spatula.

Dust the top with desiccated coconut and crushed walnuts.

(Now the hard part) Leave to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Serve with Greek Yogurt and blueberries.

And enjoy!
