So this week I popped up my typical weekly shop on Snapchat (if you are not following me you’ll find me at Leanneacmoore) and I got lots of feedback on it so here’s a little breakdown of exactly what I bought this week. I done my weekly shop at Lidl.
Tip 2: Stock up on good foods
If you have the house filled with good foods and the odd little healthier treat – you will be getting rid of all temptation. Lets face it – if there is a cupboard full of treats in the kitchen – you are going to end up snacking on them. Get rid of temptations and keep good foods close to hand.
