March is upon us and you know what that means? Summer – YES SUMMER – is fast approaching.
Today we’ve decided to draw up a little challenge for the month to help get those bums and tums in shape for the summer season.
The March Challenge (below) is something you can add to the #ECC44 Challenge from The A Department.
This one is only FIVE DAYS per week so it’s completely doable and will take no more than a few minutes of your day.
Add it to your usual gym routine and add weights if you feel like an added challenge.
You know what they say – a little change makes a BIG difference.
Print it up, pop it on the fridge and away you go!
