Right so how did Saturday night go? Tough to keep it “clean”? Well lets not dwell on it. It’s Sunday – my favourite day of the week! I’m getting in a leg session at Go Gym today and looking forward to a good “eat clean” roast later.
Chicken, roast sweet potato, roast butternut squash, greens and a little side of gluten free gravy 🙂
But before that here’s today’s HIIT Workout.
Today’s workout is best performed for 30 seconds per exercise with a 10 second rest in between. Take a two minute rest between rounds and perform 3 altogether.
Kettlebell Swings (Dumbbell Swings)
Jump Squats
Mountain Climbers
Glute Bridge
Step Ups
