Squat Jacks – 30 Seconds
Push Ups – 30 Seconds
Dips – 30 Seconds
Sit Ups – 30 Seconds
Burpees – 30 Seconds
2.5 minutes per round and take a 1-2 minute rest.
Complete 3 rounds!
