25 Full Sit Ups (add weight)
ROUND 2
20 Heel Taps
20 Crunches (add weight)
20 Reverse Crunch
20 Sec Plank
ROUND 3
15 Crunches (add weight)
15 Full Sit Ups (add weight)
15 Side Plank
15 Side Plank
Perform each round TWICE.
